It is quite natural that companies get their name trade marked as well as their slogans. But, I tink Mallika Sherawat may be the first Indian movie personality who has trade marked her name. So Mallika Sherawat now stand Mallika SherawatTM . So she is looking put a claim on every penny which may be associated with her name. By this she is making sure that no one used her name for unauthorized publicity. But the name Mallika is in the public domain and there are many people my the same name and Sherawat surname is possed by many others. So can she put a legal claim on this ?�
