Mumbai: A sessions court here on Thursday issued a notice to Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat and the management of a five star hotel in an obscene case filed against them.

Additional sessions judge S T Mahajan has directed the Bollywood actor and J W Marriot to file their replies to the notice by October 7.
The notices were sent in an obscenity case filed against Sherawat and J W Marriot by a social worker Vinod Jain.
Chandrayaan-1 may be launched on Oct 19
In his complaint, Jain stated that on December 31, 2006, Mallika performed at the hotel in a skimpy attire.
According to the complainant, Mallika was wearing a skin-coloured dress which was obscene and revealing.
